Relay Room is a creative consultancy creating content for the #MiracleFamilie and Miracle Homes, both led by content creator and realtor, Sarah X. Miracle. The family has become one of Singapore's most promising and distinctive families with a range of lifestyle and family life content across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok with more than 150,000 followers combined and more than 90 million views on TikTok to date.
In addition, Sarah X. has started a new content platform called Miracle Homes by Sarah X. which will be also responsible for the production of content for this platform.

About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Content Creator cum Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro is a must know) to join our close-knit family at the Miracle Familie and Miracle Homes by Sarah X.. To excel in this role, you must be passionate about family life and other people's homes. You are someone who wants to effect positive change with your skills in multiple aspects of content production.
Training will be provided for you to get a glimpse into how one of Singapore's fastest growing content creator works and thinks, while helping to expand and manage multiple social media platforms and new initiatives by Sarah X. Miracle. This is a Permanent Role with potential for managing a team of media professionals upon the growth of the various businesses.

• Editing of short form content for IG Reels, TikTok and IG (Portfolio preferred, personal accounts OK)
• Social Media Account Management for Sarah X. Miracle's IG, TikTok YouTube Shorts & XiaoHongShu accounts including planning, posting, reposting/reappropriating, translation of Chinese subtitles using CapCut, scheduling, content ideation and community engagement
• Keep a strong pulse of cultural conversations and an understanding of the latest social media trends
Our Ideal Candidate:
- LOVES FAMILY FUN, HOME CONTENT AND BE INTERESTED IN REAL ESTATE. YOU MUST HAVE A PASSION FOR OUR CONTENT. YOU MUST KNOW Youtube, TikTok and Instagram and the nuanced differences between them, and has an active personal social media account
- IDEAS person who loves to generate creative ideas, yet receptive to feedback
- SELF-STARTER, LEARNER, SELF-MOTIVATED and performs well in fast-paced environments
- CAN-DO attitude. Resourceful, proactive, hardworking, and personable
- Independent worker but also an excellent collaborator
- Able to allocate time and effort appropriately based on differentiated scale of projects
- Demonstrates a strong good eye for detail and aesthetics, ensuring the quality and accuracy of creative content pieces
Requirements:
• Undertaking or possess Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Production or other Media-Related field
• Strong execution and production skills in Adobe Creative Suite Premiere Pro + Lightroom are ESSENTIAL (demonstrate with portfolio)
Optional: Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
• MUST have Basic knowledge in handling and operating equipment such as camera/audio/lighting equipment
- Must be able to edit using Capcut, Tiktok and IG Reels native platforms (demonstrate with portfolio)
- Basic knowledge of Canva to create video thumbnails and basic promotional graphic design materials
• Previous internship or working experience in a media-related or content creation role preferred. Portfolio is necessary to apply.
