Responsibility
- Drafting, reviewing and possibly negotiating a range of basic contracts, that may include partnership agreements, sales and technology agreements with supervision;
- Supporting the development of Group-wide legal compliance programmes, policies, procedures and guidelines;
- Conduct business research and draft memorandums;
- Supporting with general administrative and operational matters for the shareholders.
Requirement
- Current Undergraduate studying for a recognized law degree.
- Good understanding of legal principles.
- Strong knowledge in writing skills and good communication skills.
