Refash is an innovative hybrid retailer that integrates both e-commerce and physical stores into one fashion marketplace. Refash sets out to connect women’s closets by making it extremely convenient  for  them to clean out their closet and shop for quality like-new  clothing in  a manner that has never been done in the region before.

Community Engagement

• Provide excellent customer service to clients' queries via online and offline communication channels
• Demonstrate strong knowledge on Refash's selling process

Core Operations

• Master the processing, quoting and maximizing the value of sellers' items for offline sales
• Take charge of end-to-end fulfillment of online sales process
• Provide general administrative support to the department
• Other relevant ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• A-level students welcome to apply
• Min. 2 months commitments
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, being data-driven is a plus
• Enthusiastic about startups and omni-channel marketplaces
