Job Description
Community Engagement
- Provide excellent customer service to clients' queries via online and offline communication channels
- Demonstrate strong knowledge on Refash's selling process
Core Operations
- Be involved in pop-up store operations
- Take charge of end-to-end fulfillment of online sales process
- Provide general administrative support to the department
- Other relevant ad-hoc duties assigned
