About the role

• We are looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Operations Manager (Product & Logistics) with previous startup experience. Join our small but fast growing team as one of the company’s first team-members and help us to further scale Reebelo:
• Become a key team-member in our operations team
• Monitor and manage order fulfillment by our vendors
• Upload & optimize product listings to ensure our website remains competitive
• Assist Customer Service department with After Sales topics, with a problem solving mindset
• Optimize existing delivery + pickup processes, returns, tracking codes and find additional fulfillment partners
• Produce weekly reporting and KPIs
• Automate processes, improve product listings & benchmark prices
• Onboard regional partners set up cross-border shipping
• Expansion to APAC (Australia + Malaysia this year, many more countries next year)

Your background

• You are motivated to make an impact and have a hands-on startup atitude? After several years of experience in Product or Operations you are ready to join a high-growth startup? Great, that’s what we are looking for:
• Motivated person with startup attitude: hands-on + ambitious
• Business background with several years of Product or Operations experience
• 3+ years relevant experience, including previous startup experience
• Master’s degree or equivalent education
• You are ambitions, a team-player and ready to make an impact
• Based in Singapore or willing to relocate, business fluent in English
