Operations & BD Manager (Startup)
About the role
We are looking for an Operation Manager. You have the chance to be one of the first team-members. You will work together directly with the founders and experience hands-on how a startup is built. The focus of this position will be on operations and business development, including the following tasks:
Work directly together with one of the founders on a daily basis
Take responsibility for operational execution & logistics
Lead 2 operations intern and grow our team
Manage existing partnerships and supervise delivery processes
Improvement of business operations (e.g. device testing, fulfillment)
Compare prices and update product listings
Become an expert in pricing products right and finding the best vendor
Optimize delivery processes, customer complaints and returns
Starting asap, 3-6+ months preferred

You are motivated to learn something new in operations / business development and have a hands-on operation method? Great, that’s what we are looking for:
Motivated person with startup attitude
Business background
You are already in your master’s degree or close to finishing your bachelor’s degree
You bring along relevant experience from previous internships
You are ambitions, a team-player and ready to make an impact
Based in Singapore, business fluent in English
