Job Description

Customer Success Manager (High-growth Startup)


We are looking for a hands-on Customer Success Manager with previous customer service experience. Join our small but fast growing team and help us to further scale Reebelo:

  • Become a key team-member in our Customer Happiness team
  • Assist our Customer Service department with after Sales topics, with a problem solving mindset
  • Communicate between customers and our vendors
  • Hands-on answering of Service Level 2 requests (e.g. order status, questions regarding payment problems, warranty claims
  • Monitor and manage order fulfillment by our vendors
  • Be responsible for our customer happiness across APAC
  • S$ 2,300 – 2,900 per month

Your background

You are motivated to make an impact and have a hands-on startup atitude? After first experience in Customer Operations you are ready to join a high-growth startup? Great, that’s what we are looking for:

  • Motivated person with startup attitude: hands-on + ambitious
  • 1+ years relevant experience, previous startup experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • You are ambitions, a team-player and ready to make an impact
  • Based in Singapore, business fluent in English
