Customer Success Manager (High-growth Startup)
About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Customer Success Manager with previous customer service experience. Join our small but fast growing team and help us to further scale Reebelo:
Become a key team-member in our Customer Happiness team
Assist our Customer Service department with after Sales topics, with a problem solving mindset
Communicate between customers and our vendors
Hands-on answering of Service Level 2 requests (e.g. order status, questions regarding payment problems, warranty claims
Monitor and manage order fulfillment by our vendors
Be responsible for our customer happiness across APAC
S$ 2,300 – 2,900 per month
Your background

Motivated person with startup attitude: hands-on + ambitious
1+ years relevant experience, previous startup experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
