We are hiring Accounts Assistant and Accounts Intern who are passionate and pro-active to work in the corporate office in the beauty and F&B industry and this will be a great platform for you to learn as many things as possible!
●Key in data to accounting software
●To handle phones calls and enquiries
●Manage external vendors and office supplies
●Handle administrative work
●Manage AR, AP, sales & receipts and reconcile bank statements with the guidance of Accountant
●In-charge of petty cash
●Generate payment vouchers and issue cheques
●Perform other responsibilities and task as assigned
Requirements:
●Business Studies in Accounting, ACCI etc.
●Knowledge of accounting
●PC literate, proficiency in Microsoft Office
●Good data entry
●Meticulous and detail-oriented with accuracy
●Able to commit for 4 months at least (for Intern)
●Singaporean/SPR only
●Able to start within short notice or immediate preferred
Working hours: 9am – 6pm
Working days: Monday – Friday
Location: Near Tanjong Pagar MRT
Allowance: $900 - $1200 per month (Accounts Intern), $1800 - $2,200 (Accounts Assistant)
