* Perform daily gym operations
* Provide great customer service to members and their guests.
* Attend to members’ inquiries through emails, phone or walk – ins.
* Record of sports booking and turnover of sports facilities. Collection of payment such as gym membership fees, sports facilities charges and record transactions on daily basis.
* Responsible in issuing towels, merchandising, lounge and maintenance of the gym area.
* Stock checking of inventory items in the gym.
* Before opening and closing the reception center, always make sure the gym’s area is clean and tidy.
* Assist Events Manager and Operations Manager in any major event or Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
* Servicing members on the gym floor. Also to conduct orientation sessions, personal training sessions and group exercise classes when required will be a bonus.
Requirements:
* Able to do heavy work when required.
* Customer – focused and service – oriented.
* Excellent interpersonal skill.
* Previous Fitness or Customer Service environment.
* Candidate with at least 1 year related customer service experience and proven ability in performing basic administrative duties would have added advantage.
* Matured and sports oriented.
* Basic practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel)
* Able to perform shift work, weekends and public holidays.
* Any fitness qualification (BEC, FIC, ACE, FISAF, ISSA etc) is a plus.
