Job Description

This is an entry level position for fresh poly, A level or tertiary graduates. The duration of the temp contract is for 3-6 months with an opportunity to convert to a permanent job depending on performance. The temp role is mainly transactional duties in the Finance/Accounting department. There will be opportunities to handle various functions such as:

  • Billing/invoicing of client merchants i.e. prepare and issue invoices. Follow up and expedite receivables in all currencies
  • Accounting for revenues and costs of sales
  • Staff expense claims processing
  • Bank reconciliations
  • General accounting and reporting
  • Sales pipeline reporting
  • Support other ad-hoc finance matters
