- Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly and excellent customer service
- Greet customers who enter the shop/kiosk
- Promote snacks product to customers and assist to meet daily sales target
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues
- Assist in product display and counter cleanliness
- Report discrepancies and problems to supervisor
- Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Maintain store's cleanliness
- Keep up to date with company’s promotions
MUST:
(i) Able to commit 12 days event: 9 Nov (Wed) to 20 Nov (Sun).
(ii) Have black pants and black covered toes shoes. (One company polo shirt will be provided)
(iii) Choose ONLY ONE shift that you commit. Shift 2: 2pm to 7pm OR Shift 3: 430pm to 930pm
