Recruit Haus Pte Ltd – Temp Finance – AP/AR (6 months)

Recruit Haus is a human resources firm based in Singapore, we offer a total workforce management services that includes recruitment (permanent, temporary or contract) and outsourced payroll services.

Accountabilities : 

1. Ensure timely and accurate processing of Accounts Payable (AP)/Accounts Receivable (AR) day-to-day transactions.

2. Review AP/AR reconciliation reports to follow up with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting of the liability balance.

3. Work closely with other functional areas (Procurement, Receiving, Billing & Collections, and Treasury etc.) to resolve issues and support achievement of business goals.

4. Respond promptly to Helpdesk inquiries.

5. Resolve customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary.

6. Educate internal users on AP/AR processes and inquiry tools to encourage self-help functions to improve efficiencies.

7. Assist in gathering of information requested by internal and external auditors.

8. Perform other functions as necessary or assigned.

9. Participate in Institute-wide activities as assigned in action plans and/or duty rosters.
