Our job is all about "People Management" -

Talent Management: Actively source for the "right fit" manpower on behalf of our clients. We listen and understand each individual's needs, and identify the ideal career choice for them.This is done by screening and selecting potential candidates and conducting interviews to match client’s requirements to help clients in sourcing for the right talent for their business to grow.

Client Management: You will build relationships with clients through cold calling, market research and telemarketing. The objective is to foster partnerships with clients so as to ensure consistent sales revenue streams. 

Leadership/Management: An accelerated career track in an organization that recognizes and rewards performance, and the opportunity to take on leadership roles in the shortest time possible.

  • Manage and update recruitment database, post and manage open positions
  • Candidate sourcing and scheduling
  • Telemarketing
  • Participate in various parts of the recruitment life cycle including: developing and executing appropriate candidate sourcing strategies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting basic phone screens
  • Perform other routine administrative and clerical duties as assigned
  • Training will be provided

Requirements:

  • Min. A Levels or Diploma holder of any field
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months
