Job Functions:
- Assist the HR team in the recruitment process such as sourcing for potential candidates, conducting phone interviews, coordinating interviews and doing exit interviews
- Involved in the planning process of various company events and provide assistance to the logistical and publicity team
- Manage the company’s social media page and generate contents
- Liaise with new and existing vendors when required
- Handle general public enquiries and attend to walk-ins
- Assist with facility management duties when required
- Simple filing and data entry
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- The successful hire is required to wear corporate attire
- Minimum 3 days per week, 8.30am to 6pm
- Minimum 3 months commitment, applicant who can commit longer term will have added advantage!
- Proficient in Windows operating system, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
