Job Description
- • Consultation and management of both Employers and Job Seekers.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent.
• Providing consultancy to clients regarding market trend, salary benchmarking, & other Staffing & Recruitment related issues
• Screen, evaluate and conduct interviews to shortlist potential candidates to match the clients’ requirements.
• Advise Job Seekers’ career progression, development & new opportunities The On Job Programs:
- - Mentorship attachment
- Structured training and orientations by supervisor and senior management
- Field work study, presentation skills enhancement
- Customer behavioural observation & study
- Practical presentation
