About our Specialisation:
The Banking and Finance Division comprises of more than 40 consultants seated at 2 offices in Raffles Place. Majority of our clients are the banks, general/life insurance companies and commercial financial institutions. We cater to both Temp/Contract and Permanent placements for our clients. Positions that we worked on range from bank admin, to risk and compliance analyst, actuarial analyst, finance and account roles etc.
About the Job:
Business Development:
- Prospect for potential companies who are looking to hire and build up new accounts to grow the organisation.
- Speak to hiring managers and key HR personnels on their hiring needs and market our services to them.
- Engage in negotiations with clients and learn to draft proposals/RFPs.
- Build long-term and meaningful partnerships with clients.
- Advice clients on Employment Act matters.
Recruitment:
- Screen candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews.
- Candidate profiling.
- Advice candidates on their career progression and other employment matters; Candidate management.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in any field.
No working experience required as we provide comprehensive training and mentorship
