We are looking for a Contract Payroll Executive to join our Payroll Team!
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create and update employee database
- Perform timesheet calculations with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare payroll related reports
- Submit statutory claims if required
- Support internal staff on payroll or invoicing matters
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, such as Employment Act and CPF Act
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly Initiative and meticulous
- Able to work well in a fast paced environment
