- Job Description
Job scope:
- Events and bookings of facilities, liaising with teams such as facilities, finance and security
- Facilities Rental management
- Creation of marketing collaterals
- Website updates and changes
- Monitor Social Media on all channels
- Ability to deal with adhoc requests in a timely manner
- Organising and filing documents and computer-based information
- Creating bi-weekly newsletters
- Assist in conducting market research
- Monitor competitor activity
- Involvement in events and activities as required.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders and reporting manager/link
