Duration of Traineeship: 6 months
Monthly Trainee Allowance: $2500
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess hiring needs
- Formulate job descriptions and advertising strategies for openings
- Screen, evaluate and select the best-fit candidates
Manage job offer process and handling negotiations on compensation and benefits
Provide advice on employment laws if required
Job Requirements:
- Possess a degree of any discipline.
- Proactive attitude.
- People-oriented personality.
