Key Scope

  • Business development (Corporate Sales Driven) - You will learn and be empowered with technicial knowledge and soft skills to established new businesses with clients
  • Talent Acquisition - You will be tasked to identify and source for right talents through internal and external resources
  • Relationship Building - You will be responsible in building strong rapports with clients and candidates

Job description

  • Be the linking bridge between talents and hiring organizations
  • Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR Recruitment duties
  • Support organizations and businesses to source for the right talents, to interact with people from all management levels
  • Assist candidates in matching them with relevant jobs in their career growth and personal development with suitable organizations
  • Screen, select, evaluate and conduct interviews to shortlist potential candidates
  • Strategizing in recruiting talents across various resources

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in any studies is welcome
  • Prior short working experience in business developlement/sales/marketing will be a bonus
  • Possess high optimism and good communication skills
  • Good business acumen, great team player, sales-driven and with a fire in the belly for success
