Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from consultations directly with the hiring managers, to screening & selection of talents, to making of final offer
• Providing professional consultation on employment market and practices to clients and candidates
• Conducting market research on the industry
• Liaising with advertising agencies to put up recruitment positions for clients
• Business Development/ Account Management
• Corporate business development and sales of HR Services
• Developing and fostering a strong and harmonious working relationship with clients, candidates and colleagues through regular client visits.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in any discipline 
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Team player and able to work independently 
• Keen interest in people management
