• Provide HR Administration support
• Involve in the end to end recruitment cycle within Banking and Financial sector
• Interviewing potential hires and coordination of interview arrangements
• Assist in collation of payroll processing, staff benefits and leave entitlements  
• Performing data entry
• Filing, sorting and archiving of documents
• Assist with other administrative duties as and when required

Job Requirements

• GCE ‘A’ Levels, Diploma, Degree 
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
• Prior HR or administrative experience will be of advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
