Job Functions:

• Assist HR team in the recruitment process such as candidates sourcing, conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Handle public enquiries over the phone and email
• Data entry and filing of confidential documents
• Assist payroll team every 2 to 3 days to create employee records in the payroll system
• Perform accurate timesheet calculations
• Prepare and compile payroll reports
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by HR or Payroll team

Requirement: 

• Proficient in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous, hands-on and good team player
• Good organizational and communication skills
