Job Description

As a HR Executive of Singapore's Largest Listed Recruitment Company, your job encompasses managing both internal and external human resource matters of the organisation. Are you ready to take up the challenge?

Job Scope:

1. Recruitment and Selection:

  • Screen and conduict interview potential candidates for internal hiring
  • Onboarding and conducting exit interviews
  • Employee retention
  • Assist in work pass applications for both internal and external candidates

2. Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administration of company benefits, confirmation and promotions- leave, claims, insurance matters
  • Assist in organizing internal company events e.g. Fun Day, CSR, Dinner & Dance

3. Training & Development:

  • Sourcing for vendor and coordinating training programs for staff
  • Preparation of materials for internal training
  • Conducting of trainings and briefings to staff on statutory regulations update, auditing etc.

4. Support to Business Divisions

  • Set up, implement and improve work processes using cost effective tools, administration and operations systems in all offices; audit for compliance

5. Others:

  • Assist in constant review of HR Policies and Procedures
  • Facility Management
  • Other ad hoc duties as asssigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Min Degree in any field.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment!
