Job Description
  • Ensure consistent and accurate staff information are keyed into the Human Resources Information System (i.e. staff particulars, work experience, contact information etc)
  • Create, update and organize all staff personnel files
  • Organise and archive resumes of candidates and applicants
  • Partake in data collection (e.g. collate rating survey for taskforce, committee etc)
  • Schedule interviews and prepare documentation for interview panel
  • Manage and coordinate various Human Resources processes (e.g. signing of contracts, data collection etc)
  • Organise and update on the allocation of pigeon hole and external lockers
  • Provide support for staff welfare activities (e.g. prepare birthday cards, movie night etc)
  • Any other relevant duties
