Education Admin Execuive (West) #ESY


Job scope:

  • Ensure the processes for inbound are delivered according to schedule
  • Process inbound applications for GEM Trailblazer Programme
  • Collate and ensure accuracy of inbound mobility data for reporting and analysis
  • Monitor the financial transactions and assist with budgeting, accrual, reporting, etc.
  • Provide guidance to colleagues on purchasing procedures
  • As an office manager, ensure that materials and resources are available for staff usage
  • Perform office management duties – sourcing and procurement of office supplies, finance/budget tracking, onboarding of new staff, manage Director’s calendar
