Job Description

Contract HR Operations (Mon-Fri) | Orchard



You will be required to multitask through actively participating in the recruiting process, addressing employee matters, managing the payroll, tracking of leaves records and involves in other administrative and operational duties.

  • Prepare and coordinate any functions pertaining to employment, compensation, simple labour negotiations and contract staffs relations
  • Collate payroll information, process and produce reports and journals.
  • Handle general employee inquires regarding payroll and HR matters, or direct them to appropriate team member.
  • Prepare employee contracts and letters of offer, collating documents for work pass applications.
  • Assist in overall administration of contract staffs benefit programs including medical and Insurance etc
  • Assist with benefits termination process, including correspondence, file submissions and related communication.
  • Communicate employee status changes including hire, termination, salary change, and leave of absence.
  • Create, update and maintain employee personnel files.
  • Perform general HR administrative tasks, including any ad hoc HR, Payroll and Operational matters.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Able to commit full-time office hours, Mon-Fri
  • Meticulous and self-motivated
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Min A 'Level'
