Duties:
- Tend to customer's enquiries
- Assist with registration and data-entry
- Handle inbound calls and follow-up on customers' needs
- Billing and other customer service matters
Requirements:
- Min GCE N / O Levels
- Receptionist and healthcare experience and/or certificate in a healthcare field preferred
- Good communication skills and pleasant disposition
- Temp positions (min 3 months) also available!
