Key Responsibilities:
- Source for passive candidates and build a strong pipeline by strategically utilising external and internal databases
- Perform business development and marketing activities
- Take ownership of candidate experience by delivering quality candidate care
- Work together with clients to provide strategic solutions for their talent management challenges in the organisation
- Design and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract potential talents for hiring partners
- Manage 360 end-to-end recruitment process that includes screening, interviewing candidates, shortlisting of suitable candidates to client’s requirements, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates by ensuring a smooth recruitment process
- Stay ahead of market trends to provide support to clients’ human resource requirements
Who we are looking for:
- Min Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent
- No prior experience needed
- An excellent team player that enjoys working in team-based competitive environment
- Good communication and written skills
- Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges
