- Collecting, distributing, and tracking of hardcopy
- Tearing and sorting of GIRO forms
- Follow-up on returned mails and Lost & Found Cards.
- Data entry, verification of supporting documents, assessment of application, follow-up on incomplete applications
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned
