6 Months Marketing Admin / $1800-$2400 / Punggol

Job Description

• Compilation of tenants promos & artwork for factcheck
• Take photos of in-mall ad collaterals / event photos to be saved in respective campaign folders
• Raise respective Ez-Lease and SAP for atrium booking and ad panels booking, as well as update in booking files/ tracking sheets and raise security deposit refunds
• Liaise with tenants/vendors for payment and GTO submissions and enter into the SAP for tenants'
• Ensure the atrium set up follow the house rules
• Community Events & Space Sponsorships
• Assist to arrange atrium spaces for organisers
• Ensure that contents are up to date
• To upload promos on website
• Update daily shopper traffic in excel sheet
• Inventory filing
• Liaising with tenants/external parties for ad hoc work permit requests
• Any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/management

Requirements:

• Minimum A levels/Diploma in Business/Marketing
• Proficient with Microsoft Office - Powerpoint/Excel 
• Able to commit 6 months
• Immediate/short notice preferred
