Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support in banking industry.
- Posting jobs on portals
- Screening resumes
- Arranging interviews.
- Onboarding & Admin: Conducting employee onboarding, managing employee records, and handling HR paperwork.
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between candidates and internal colleagues
