3 Months Temp Finance Assistant (MNC)
• Assist in casting check for templates and monthly reporting templates;
• Assist to find documents to provide to auditor when necessary;
• Proof read and cast check for annual report;
• Cross check figure in annual report and to various reporting from different departments;
• Assist to prepare audited report (adjust alignment, cast check, key figure and etc);
• To help with financial assessment for tender or yearly financial assessment as and per required by internal departments;
• Assist in filing of documents for journals and payment vouchers and to help rearrange supporting documents;
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Accountant /Finance Manager/ Director.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
