(3 - 6 Months) Bank Associate (Islandwide)
Responsibilities:
•Maintain proper filing and recording of all correspondences
•Ensure that all daily transactions are keyed into the computer and updated accordingly within the stipulated turnaround time with a high level of service quality
•Remittance processing, fund transfer and other misc transactions
•Preparation of financials and analysis for business performance evaluation and decisions, highlight performance variance and comparison against budget expectation and other business cycles.
•Provide business intelligence, cross-sectional statistical profile and analysis of bank’s customer and various product
•Review and analyze trends
•Ensure financial data accuracy.
•Manage and resolve any data issues
•Provide business information support
Requirements:
GCE A Levels / Diploma / Degree Holder
Customer service experience would be preferred
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
