12 Months Contract HR Analyst, People Advisory (Up to $4,000) #BTS
Responsibilities
- Support the the administration of Employee Life Cycle and HRIS
- Onboarding of new hires – Data & document verification
- Leave Management – Maternity leave, Paternity leave, Marriage Leave etc
- Offboarding processes
- Work pass applications (new and renewals)
- Drafting and generating of Letters
- Report generation /data provision for any adhoc requests
- Assist with Statutory Surveys
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in relevant fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in HR related operations
