Job Description
- Duties
- - Conduct process review using Lean methodology
- - Work with users/process owners to map As-Is process to identify gaps
- - Brainstorm with users/process owners & other stakeholders to design To-Be process
- - Share & gain acceptance on To-Be process and recommendations with process owners & Technology
- - Document As-Is and To-Be processes using MS Visio
- - Ensure gaps are tracked and addressed in the relevant initiatives/ work streams
- B. Skills & Abilities
B1) Required:
- - Good attention to details
- - Process-driven with quality and customer centric mindset
- - Good organization, planning and prioritizing skills to effectively handle multiple tasks/ projects
- - Basic knowledge of process flow
- - Good in Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Power-point)
