Job Description
  • Duties
  • - Conduct process review using Lean methodology
  • - Work with users/process owners to map As-Is process to identify gaps
  • - Brainstorm with users/process owners & other stakeholders to design To-Be process
  • - Share & gain acceptance on To-Be process and recommendations with process owners & Technology
  • - Document As-Is and To-Be processes using MS Visio
  • - Ensure gaps are tracked and addressed in the relevant initiatives/ work streams
  • B. Skills & Abilities

B1) Required:

  • - Good attention to details
  • - Process-driven with quality and customer centric mindset
  • - Good organization, planning and prioritizing skills to effectively handle multiple tasks/ projects
  • - Basic knowledge of process flow
  • - Good in Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Power-point)
