Job Description

In support of our fast expansion in Singapore, we are inviting candidates with interest in corporate sales and Business-to-Business service to join our IT-Banking team.


To be a successful Consultant, you have to share our values of Dedication, Hard-Work, Commitment & Team-Work. Apart from these, you should also be flexible, optimistic and proactive in making things happen.


Job Duties:


*        To source, develop, and manage new and current corporate accounts

*        Initiating new business development opportunities with corporate clients from different industries

*        Provide quality recruitment, head-hunting and advisory services to clients

*        Source for suitable candidates by using the available channels as required by different clients via different platforms (Eg: networking, advertising and referrals)

*        Providing resume, interview and career advice to candidates

*        Responsible for managing whole recruitment cycle for clients and candidates on behalf of both parties’ benefits

*        Involve in ad hoc Division development related projects as assigned

Requirements:
*        Minimum a Diploma in any discipline
*        Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken English
*        Good interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to communicate with all levels of professionals.
*        Prior recruitment experience is not a must
*        Interest in building a successful career in sales or business development
*        Enthusiasm as an individual and a team player
