- Job Description
Our client is managing a well-known education platform that focuses on e-learning for students from Primary school to Secondary school. They have newly opened up a position, which aids in customer retention.
This is a Work From Home position & we need your full commitment for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend per week.
Mon - Thur: 12pm - 9pm
Friday: 9am - 6pm
Weekends : 10am - 7pm
Job duties
- Manage inbound & outbound calls in a timely manner
- Answer new customers enquiries on system navigation
- Drive customer retention by resolving issues
- Manage own targets & KPIs
Requirements:
- Energetic, driven, proactive
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Billingual in Mandarin or any local dialect will be advantegous
- Looking for permernant commitment
- 2 weeks complusory training held in Office, Balmoral Road
- No quota for pass holders
