What you have to do? Maintain contact with customers and find out why they are leaving. Evaluate & resolve issue, if any.
*Customer retention involves sales pitching as you need to explain the tuition packages & pricing to customers who called in to enquire.
We are looking for someone who is
-- Accountable, able to perform without much supervision.
-- Able to communicate fluently with Mandarin speaking customers, writing / reading not required
-- Able to commit full time
