As an Events Executive, you would be working closely with the Events Manager on a number of corporate / lifestyle events and helping present the clients brand to a range of audiences globally.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Support the Events Department to shape and deliver a range of high-quality events
• Taking a brief for an event through to execution
• sourcing for new vendors/suppliers 
• data entry
• creating proposal/quotations with the guidance of the events manager
• The brand’s design, ad-hoc administration duties
• Ensuring all event logistics run smoothly
• Budget management for smaller events
• eventually managing smaller events of your own 

This role requires a very efficient, organised and detail focused applicant with great events experience or with a willingness to learn and passionate about the events industry.

Someone who can work well under pressure, multi-task and is fully aware and prepared to take on a demanding schedule.

With this role there may be a requirement to work outside normal office hours and some international travel may be required for events.
