Job Description
- 9.30am-6.30pm Monday - Friday
It will be a varied role, you will be working with the Events, Marketing and Sales teams.
Job Roles
- Assisting the Events, Sales and Marketing team;
- brainstorming ideas;
- deck and pitch building and conceptualisation;
- researching ideas and contacting suppliers;
- you will be working closely with the Events team on a number of corporate and lifestyle events and helping present the clients brand to a range of audiences globally;
- taking a brief for an event through to execution; and
- data entry & ad hoc administration duties.
This role requires a very efficient, organised and detail focused applicant. Someone who can work well under pressure, multi-task and is fully aware and prepared to take on a demanding schedule. We are looking for creative individuals, who are passionate about events.
Software skills are an advantage (eg. Google Suites, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, video editing).
With this role there may be a requirement to work outside normal office hours and some international travel may be required for events.
