REAPRA PTE. LTD. is a venture builder that establishes subsidiary companies in greenfield industries throughout Southeast Asia. REAPRA comes up with original business ideas and are always on the lookout for promising start-ups, CEOs and entrepreneurial talent to create new business models and implement strategies to build industry sized organizations. We are currently hiring an intern for a marketing and research internship for ASPIRIA which is located in Singapore
Marketing & Research Intern at ASPIRIA
- Explore beauty industry and local trends, and develop market research reports and presentations on industry related topics
- Conduct insightful research on related topics like media platform, portal services and influencer marketing in beauty industry.
- Analyze existing competitive beauty services, new areas of value, factors driving the market, new markets/segments to enter, etc.
- Develop innovative online and offline marketing strategies for further business development.
- Write and create new downloadable content and blog entries for upcoming portal.
- Build and convert a digital audience.
- Strong passion for the beauty industry and entrepreneurship.
- Creative and innovative in content creation.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Be able to work 3 months, full time.
- Be enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD programme
- Able to write, speak and read English with high competency
- Be able to work Singapore legally (We do not sponsor working visas for interns)
- Strong IT skills
Preferred Qualities
- Strong analytical and academic background is a plus.
- Hold strong interest in the research and marketing field
- Experiences in start-ups are extremely preferred.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Tackle issues with strong problem solving and analytical skills, and able to think from both micro and macro viewpoints.
- Self-starter who can work proactively and independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
- High-tolerance for ambiguity and ability work to in fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
