We do so with devices at retail stores that organically generate real-time, in-moment customer feedback. Our clever algorithms then send across crucial customer experience insights to retailers to help them enhance their customer's experience.

You might have seen us around - We're in Adidas, Maybank, Fitness First and Garden's By The Bay,  just to name a few.

You will be taking the reins of our Singapore Operations while also supporting our Sales Operations. 

Job Scope:

Operations:

- Overseeing Singapore inventory, e.g procurements, repairs, replacements

- Scheduling and planning Singapore rollouts

- Preparing, deploying and managing devices

- Coordinating hardware dispatch/transit - i.e accessories, SIMs, devices

- Handling Customer relations and accounts - calls and emails

- Gaining a good foundation/overview of startup operations

Sales Ops:

- Invoices and Draft Quotations

- Market research, Investigating Leads

- Attending Business Development meetings and curating meeting minutes

- Updating CRM Tools (Customer Relations Management)

- Cold calls and Emails
