Our proprietary technology applications range from helping PGA Tour golfers optimize their launch conditions to allowing MLB pitchers to increase the efficiency of their breaking balls. The HR Intern is responsible for supporting the HR Department in all HR-related matters and projects with the aim to drive work improvement, effectiveness, and efficiency, and uphold professionalism and discretion required due to exposure to sensitive information. The HR intern’s duties also include:
- Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondences, documentation, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Prepare and proofread HR documents including employee handbooks and guides
- Provide operational support on generalist tasks including co-ordinating recruitment activities, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Co-lead and implement key HR projects including Internship Program; Employee Engagement; Performance Management; Compensation and Benefits and HR Policies & Procedures for HQ and subsidiaries
- Organize company events as and when required
- Other duties as assigned
