• To assist in Accounts Payable duties including Code vendor invoice, input vendor invoice and payment into accounting system.
• Prepare Staff disbursement report on a monthly basis.
• To assist with updating Cash Book and Bank Reconciliation.
• To prepare vendor payment forecast schedule.
• To assist with updating GL schedule.
• Upload online sales transaction into accounting system to ensure all transactions have been properly posted.
