Job Summary

Assist sales team in terms of providing day-to-day support as well as handling of specific work scope assigned to them.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Day-to-day management of allocated work scope according to agreed programme and scope of work, including but not limited to research, marketing decks and logistics support
• Familiarise oneself with business and the related industry, bids and proposal contacts, procedures and processes
• Assist in the preparation of contract reports following meetings and timely submission of such reports
• Prepare monthly activity reports detailing Sales & marketing activities carried out for business
• Assist sales & marketing team to draft decks materials
