Job Description

eCommerce Sales & Marketing Intern (Singaporean / PR)

  • An Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) Executive contributes to the growth of the online business of an organisation.

  • Responsible for enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment, and maintaining the technology and infrastructure.

  • Analyse data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights.

Job Duties :

  • Carry out Sales Calls to to all business affiliates

  • Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders

  • Execute activities driven by data analytics

  • Identify strategic business partnerships

  • Implement new business collaboration initiatives

  • Maintain business partnerships

  • Manage service quality and customer satisfaction

  • Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms

  • Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights
