Key Responsibilities
Supports the team in daily HR operational activities.
Consolidating monthly and quarterly report
Supports the team in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Screening resumes
Scheduling interviews
Support the team in HR administrative tasks
Maintain employee records in system
Updating database
Support in staff engagement activities.
Any other adhoc related duties that may be assigned during the course of work
Requirements
Able to commit to a full internship period of continuous 6 months
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Self-motivated individual with a keenness to learn
Well-organised and a collaborative team player
Fluency in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
