Our office, Crimson House Singapore, is located at CapitaGreen. It houses Rakuten’s sister companies such as Rakuten Travel, Rakuten Insights, Rakuten Viki and Rakuten Viber.
We are looking for an Employer Branding intern, with a passion and flair in storytelling.
Embark on a personal journey to explore the uniqueness of Rakuten and share your experience along the way with potential candidates - providing a glimpse of the organisation through your lens.
You will be tasked with narrating interesting happenings and the Rakuten story. (Create and roll-out engaging content and programmes to attract, engage and hire top talents)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create content to showcase Employer Branding for both internal and external events.
- Research, repurpose and copywrite articles, social media posts, for the purposes of Employer Branding
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders for feature articles
- Design collaterals for employee recruitment and branding events
- Perform event photography to capture speakers, guests, employees, and moments for branding purposes
Requirements:
- Able to commit for 3 to 6 months
- Internship period: From July 2025
- From a reputable tertiary institution (preferably students who major in Art, Design, Media, and Communications)
- Basic to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
- A good portfolio of past projects in design and copywriting
